Pixhawk V6X V2, a brand-new upgraded masterpiece developed through our in-depth collaboration with PX4, inherits Pixhawk FMU v6X standard and modular design philosophy. It features a full upgrade of industrial-grade triple-redundant series sensors paired with independent bus and power supply designs, added high-precision constant-temperature external clock and MCU heat dissipation system, and introduces 5V PWM support along with a patented shock absorption structure. The standard-equipped PMU 2 Lite power management module supports 70V input and 220A current detection, meeting the requirements of “high reliability, high adaptability, and high performance” for high-end industrial-grade unmanned systems.

Detailed Descriptions


The Pixhawk V6X V2 is built around the STM32H753IIK6 high-performance processor, paired with a 480MHz double-precision floating-point unit and 2MB Flash memory. It features industrial-grade triple-redundant IMUs (IIM-42652, BMI088, ICM-45686) with independent bus and power supply designs, forming a dissimilar triple-redundant IMU matrix that supports rapid switchover during single-point failure. The automotive-grade RM3100 magnetometer delivers exceptional magnetic interference rejection. A core patented shock absorption system uses new low-hardness, high-resilience materials and 4 CNC-tilted supports to filter high-frequency vibrations. The constant-temperature control system (thermal-conducting silicone plus IMU temperature compensation) prevents processor throttling and reduces sensor drift. The controller supports software-switchable 5V/3.3V PWM output and integrates a 100 Mbps Ethernet interface for AI and mission computer connectivity. Standard with PMU 2 Lite (70V/220A), it also supports PMU 2S expansion (140V/600A). The modular detachable core design allows for custom carrier boards, and four additional mounting holes improve installation stability.
