Introduction


The Purple Pi R1 motherboard is a Raspberry Pi-compatible development board based on the SigmaStar SSD201 SoC (ARM Cortex A7 core). It has a main frequency of up to 1.2GHz and a 256KB L2 cache. It comes with built-in dual MACs and one PHY, and supports dual 100M Ethernet interfaces. The memory management supports a DMA engine. It integrates H.264/AVC and H.265/HEVC decoders, supporting decoding at a maximum resolution of FHD (1920x1080) at 60 frames per second.

The Purple Pi motherboard supports a TF card holder, dual 10/100Mbps Ethernet, an audio interface, USB2.0, a MIPI - DSI screen interface, and single - band WIFI. Its main applications include intelligent building indoor units, smart home control centers, 86 - box home control centers, elevator floor displays, IP network broadcasting equipment, and voice recognition devices, etc.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Cancelling or Changing an Order

  • You may cancel your order or change the delivery address within 24 hours of placing it.
  • Because most orders enter processing within 12 hours, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Once the status changes to “Processing”, the order can no longer be cancelled or altered.
  • To request a change or cancellation, email shop@youyeetoo.com with your order number and details.

Refunds for Cancellations

  • Cancelled before shipment: Full refund processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
  • Already shipped / rejected at delivery: The order cannot be cancelled. If you reject the parcel, we will refund the order total minus the original shipping fee after the returned package is received back at our warehouse.

If your order status shows “Pending / Waiting for T/T”, your payment has not yet cleared. Sending us a payment receipt can speed up the process.

Shipping Address

  • Enter your shipping address in English, without special symbols. This helps the courier system recognise your address correctly.
  • We ship to the exact address you provide. If you need to change it, notify us before the order enters “Processing” status.

We ship to the USA, all European countries, and many other destinations. If your country does not appear during checkout, contact shop@youyeetoo.com.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
  • These fees are not included in your order or shipping total, and are the sole responsibility of the parcel recipient.
  • We cannot predict or pre‑collect these charges; they are determined by local customs based on product value.

Order Status

  • Pending / Waiting for Payment – Your payment has not cleared yet. Share your payment receipt to help us verify it quickly.
  • Preorder – Contains items with a future release date. The entire order will ship together once all pre‑order items are available. Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page (subject to change with notice).
  • Processing (Backordered) – Some items are temporarily out of stock. We are sourcing them. To receive available items first, please contact our support team.
  • Shipped – Your package is on its way. A tracking number has been emailed to you.

Receiving Your Package

Inspect Before You Sign

Please check the contents of your parcel before signing the delivery receipt. If you sign without inspection, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurred during transit.

“Delivered” but Not Received

Occasionally courier tracking (especially EMS) shows “delivered” a little early. Your package usually arrives within 1–3 days. In the meantime, we suggest:

  • Checking with neighbours or your building reception.
  • Contacting your local post office with the tracking number.

Missing or Lost Package

If a package is truly lost, email us at shop@youyeetoo.com with your order number and tracking number. We will file a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.

30‑Day No‑Reason Return

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the shipment date to return an item.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the return, to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Clear photos or videos showing the product and any issues

Once approved, we will provide the return address. Please share the return tracking number once shipped.

Specific Return Scenarios

Defective Item
Contact us before returning. We will, upon verification, replace the item or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item Received
Mistakes occasionally happen. You may keep the incorrect item with a partial refund, or request the correct item. If we made the error, we will provide a free return shipping label to send the wrong item back.

Damaged During Transit
Please reject the delivery immediately if the package appears damaged. Then contact us with photos/videos. We will work with the carrier to expedite a replacement or full refund.

Warranty & Repairs

Standard Warranty

  • Most boards come with a 12‑month limited warranty from the date of shipment.
  • Covered: Manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. We will repair or replace defective components free of charge, covering one‑way shipping back to you.
  • Not covered (out‑of‑warranty repairs or excluded causes): Repairs will be charged. All costs (repair, shipping, handling) are the customer’s responsibility.

Important Note on Chip Damage

Damage to main chips/MCUs caused by misuse—such as overvoltage, reverse polarity, short circuits, liquid ingress, or improper firmware flashing—is not covered under free warranty. In these cases we will provide a paid repair quote based on the chip value.

Warranty Exceptions

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Operating environment not meeting national standards (overvoltage, overcurrent, lightning, high temperature, extreme humidity, vibration, etc.)
  • External events (earthquake, fire, etc.)
  • Human factors (liquid contact, abuse, oxidation, rust, dropping)
  • Failure to follow official installation, usage, maintenance, or storage instructions
  • Unauthorised modification, disassembly, or re‑assembly
  • Natural wear and tear, cosmetic degradation, or breakage during use
  • Any other issue not directly caused by design, technical, or manufacturing defects

Warranty Claim Process

To avoid delays, please email shop@youyeetoo.com with:

  1. Detailed description of the problem (What happened? When? How?) and your full order number.
  2. Steps you’ve already taken to resolve the issue.
  3. The item code printed on the outer packaging.
  4. Clear photos/videos showing the defect, taken under good lighting.
