Introduction
The Purple Pi R1 motherboard is a Raspberry Pi-compatible development board based on the SigmaStar SSD201 SoC (ARM Cortex A7 core). It has a main frequency of up to 1.2GHz and a 256KB L2 cache. It comes with built-in dual MACs and one PHY, and supports dual 100M Ethernet interfaces. The memory management supports a DMA engine. It integrates H.264/AVC and H.265/HEVC decoders, supporting decoding at a maximum resolution of FHD (1920x1080) at 60 frames per second.
The Purple Pi motherboard supports a TF card holder, dual 10/100Mbps Ethernet, an audio interface, USB2.0, a MIPI - DSI screen interface, and single - band WIFI. Its main applications include intelligent building indoor units, smart home control centers, 86 - box home control centers, elevator floor displays, IP network broadcasting equipment, and voice recognition devices, etc.
