It has two models, one based on Allwinner 64-bit Quad-core A53 SoC H5 and the other based on Allwinner Quad-core A7 SoC H3. Both models have 512M DDR3 RAM, two Gbps Ethernet ports, an onboard 2.4G Wi-Fi module and etc. Both boot from a TF card.
